These are absolutely USELESS!!! I went ahead and bought for my morning protein shakes these r way to narrow impossible 
to drink smootie. Title and box say JUMBO and then show length stated. To me JUMBO means wide, big.10.25 means long Not Jumbo.They even use Jumbo for 7.75 long straws
   I don't know who to be more upset with, Hefty or Sams
   I received on a Sat but son did not open til Monday afternoon. I would NOT have renewed Plus membership that a m if I had seen thin straw

You switched brands from members mark to hefty.They collapse with our hand spun shakes. I am in the ice cream business  for 28 years using the Giant Brand and know these straws are of much lesser value.I will be returning the 2400 count shortly and have to find another vendor for straws that will work with thick shakes.
