This is the WORST 

This freezer has been a complete disappointment. Instead of keeping my food frozen, it was functioning more like a refrigerator. I trusted this appliance to properly freeze and preserve my food, but unfortunately, everything went bad because it was not maintaining the proper freezing temperature.

I lost a significant amount of food because of this issue. This is completely unacceptable for an appliance that is supposed to function as a freezer. I would not recommend this product to anyone. I expected a reliable freezer, and this product failed to do the one thing it was purchased to do.

It got too dense in it I would like a refund

You send damaged merchandice to the point that it is trash and then make your customer deal with people with broken eanglish to try and get a refund one hand dosen,t know what the other hand is doing. What a rat race you put me through. Don't think I will be doing it again any time soon.
