Yesss! I was hating giving my teething babe infant Tylenol what with the dyes and fake sugars. It was doing a number on his gut, despite all my probiotic efforts. I found this and while we’re still going through it because teething is the worst, his insides are much more calm.

So effective! My kids love it!

I use this to help my daughter (9 months) during her teething bouts when the pain is high for her. Unlike Tylenol or Motrin it doesn’t mess up her stomach and constipate her for days. Without all the artificial sweeteners and dyes this is much gentler on her stomach! Love it.

I'm SO happy I found these guys. I've refused to give my son Tylenol after I read the ingredient list, and have been grateful that I've never had to, but I ordered Genexa when an AD targeted me on social media, and coincidentally he got a fever that next week, I was so grateful for finding Genexa, I felt confident and safe in giving this to my son! This is so much better than Tylenol. The smell and the taste is Much better for my little guy abd blueberry to boot!! His favorite. It use to be a nightmare to get him to take it when he was teething or had a fever. It’s better in every way! The hole is big enough to fit the standard syringe unlike childrens Tylenol! It’s so much cleaner than all those other dyes and ingredients. I will never go back to regular medication for my little one

I received a bottle of Kid's Pain & Fever from Genexa in exchange for my honest review. It came in well packed and sealed. This medicine is good for kids ages 2 to 11. This has acetaminophen has no artificial fillers. I've got the organic Blueberry flavor. This oral suspension is indeed good for kids and works as it should.

Works

My 9yr old had a fever and a bad headache so I gave her these but she found the taste too abhorrent to eat even one and opted for the headache instead. And for her age, she would’ve needed to eat several of the chewables per the package dosing. It’s a shame because she enjoys the taste of other Genexa products, such as the flu fix. I appreciate Genexa’s commitment to clean ingredients, but unfortunately it’s useless if it tastes so bad that my child won’t take it.
