The BObsweep does an excellent job. My kids make a mess constantly and always need to sweep the floor nightly. I've been using the BObsweep for a month now and haven't had to sweep once. Saves me so much time. Only gripe I have is the do not vacuum zone minimum size is too big. If I block off an area it makes you often have to block off more than you want to.

Lifesaver

Love this product , it has made my daily sweeping chores much more manageable, living with 2 German Shepherds and 1 collie mix, we definitely encounter pet hair.  The price was very reasonable too.   I would recommend this product to anyone who has pets that shed.

Bio Sweep

Received my first Dustin with a faulty wheel.  I called support and talked to Jonathan.  He was very pleasant and helpful.  Said he would send me a return label and a whole new unit would be in the way. Received the new in about 5 days. Although I had the first unit connected I had problems with the second one. Called Jonathan again and I was up and running in no time. Have my room mapped, color coded, and areas I don't want are deleted.  So far very happy.  Bob

I wasn't sure I would like a robot vacuum, but since it was on sale, I decided to give it a try.  Now, two months later, I can give an accurate review and let you know that I really do like this bObsweep Dustin.  The app is easy to use and mapped my house accurately.  I like being able to box out the no-mop area or no-sweep area to keep the unit off of the carpet when I have it in mop mode.  I've been running it every day in my high traffic areas and it never ceases to amaze me how much dust and dirt it finds, even when the floor seems relatively clean and I just ran "Dusty"!  
The mop feature is nice on hardwood floors, but on the vinyl tile which is textured, only the surface gets mopped.  There are different settings to control how much water gets disbursed in mop mode which keeps the floor from getting too wet.  
I like that I can set how often Dusty will self-empty after vacuuming.  Most of the time I set him to vacuum at night when I go to bed and if he were to empty during the night, it would scare me to pieces! (it is a bit loud) 
I've been so happy with my unit that I have bought several for my daughters for Christmas.  I know they won't be disappointed.

Go clean something else and let Dustin vacuum!

I have used the Dustin Plus for 10 complete house cleanings and one mopping. The app is very simple and straight forward to understand use and the set up. I have it set on the medium vacuum suction and it picks everything up very well. The battery lasts long enough to clean the entire house (3 bed, 2, bath). The self empty feature is very convenient. My last  other brand robot vac didn't have have feature. The mopping really surprised me as to how well it really mopped the floors. The change over to mop is really easy. For me I find myself using the Dustin Plus as a vacuum, then just grabbing my swiffer to mop, but the Dustin Plus does a very good job. This is a great robot vacuum.

The Bobsweep Dustin Plus really works great. I have been a Roomba user for over 15 years. what I like so much about the Dustin Plus in addition to the self docking and cleaning feature is the simplicity of mapping the entire house. it was super simple to create distinct rooms and to define where it could mop and where it could vacuum. The user interface is very intuitive and I didn't have to look at detailed instructions for any of the settings. The device worked great out of the box and I can even set the suction level depending on what surface or what room it's in. mine cleans the house twice a week. I noticed it does not get hung up as much as other robot vacuums I've had. what's even better is my wife loves it too. five stars!

I have had other robot vacuums in the past. I choose this one for the mopping and the self empty option. It did not disappoint!  I had to contact customer service for help with an issue and they resolved it quickly and was very helpful!  I highly recommend.

like that Dustin keeps up with the dog hair. makea the floor look ao much  nicer. Just wish that bags were not so expensive, but oh well can't have it all.

Dustin seemed to clean pretty well but stopped functioning 10 months after I ordered it.  We went through troubleshooting but nothing got it bak to its previous response.  Even boght a new battery.  No help.  Returned.

Croaked after 10 months

While the vacuum worked perfectly for the first four months, it stopped functioning thereafter. I returned the unit and all requested parts under the manufacturer's warranty and received it back a few weeks later. However, the replacement arrived missing the main brush and gate.
Since then, I have been provided with two tracking numbers that show no movement. I have now been told for the third time that the warehouse has received the parts and they will be shipped shortly. As it stands, I am unable to test the replacement vacuum to ensure it is in working order because the essential components are missing. Good luck if you do buy it!!
