We love our new griddle. We've used it for smash burgers and pancakes, eggs and bacon

Great griddle

New grill

I like now lightweight it is and it was quick to heat up. The nonstick aspect worked well and we chose this one because it is free of "forever chemicals". Only complaint is that I wish the cooking surface came out to be washed. It seems silly that it is all one piece so if food gets under the cooking surface, which it already did in one use, that's there forever now ? Bad design choice.
