We are an Asian household and eat rice nearly every day. This thing holds up great and is definitely comparable to a Tiger or Zojirushi. The design looks modern and cool. The only downside is that there’s no rice paddle holder so we just set the paddle on top or in a bowl on the side.

Great product, highly recommended

Everything works well except for the steam catcher on the side. There will be water from steam flowing out from the lid when you open, water doesn't flow properly to the side steam catcher. however, for the price, it still gets the job done right.

Works well except some small issue

Wanted to love it. It broke in less than a year. Cook button won't stay down. Did all the trouble shooting. Per their warranty I have to ship it out for repairs and if they can't duplicate the problem, I'm stuck with it. No Sam's return. My Aroma lasted 20  years. I just bought the Cuckoo because the Aroma pot was chipping and I couldn’t replace it. I can't believe it--Cuckoo lasted less than a year and at twice the price. So much for all the great reviews.

Lasted less than 1 year

So exited to use it and it broke on my first time using it. The lever where it closes and opens just broke.  Returning ASAP. So disappointed on this Korean brand. I replaced my 14 year old zojirushi 10 cup rice cooker- that still works but it’s discontinued and can’t find the same size replacement inner pot.  Staying with Toyotas! Never trusting Kia’s nor Hyundais.  Just sayin’.

Broke on first time use..

I am returning this rice cooker because it did not work as expected. The rice failed to cook even after 5 hours during the first use. The item was purchased on sale.
