[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Gave this to ym husband last week for a birthday present. He used to do cross fit but has switched to working out at home now that we have a baby. He hasn't used it yet, did open the package and said quality seems really good!

Nice rope for home workouts

walmart.com

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A great workout— most of them that go with the program are 15 to 25 minutes each and that is all that you need to get a good workout in

Great work out

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Centr Battle Rope is a great quality battle rope for getting an arm and core workout in at home. It's the same thickness and quality as ropes I've used in the gym, just a little shorter. A few minutes with this and my arms feel like jello. Recommended.

Great way to get a workout at home

Centr

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This battle rope is super sturdy and versatile for my home gym. The diameter of this rope is smaller and the overall weight of the rope is lighter than the one you may find at your standard 24 hour fitness gym, but that makes the grip so much easier for smaller hands. The large ropes at a standard gym are way too difficult for me to grasp tightly enough because I have small hands. The better the grip strength, the more power you can produce.

You can attach them to a post, but what I did was just use a cable machine and I wrapped the middle around the machine to maintain stability. Endless options for a great endurance and power workout!

Perfect for home gyms

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using these daily to work my core and my arms. I've been on a fitness journey for the last year now that has really taken me out of my comfort zone. Battle ropes work so much of your body that you don't realize you're working. I'm hoping this helps bring my workouts at home to the next level long term. Definitely recommend if you have the room to use this as an option.

Awesome workout

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Could not be more impressed with this battle rope from Centr. The rope is 40 feet long, is unable both indoor and outdoor, has non-slip grips, and is perfect for any home gym. The rope is made from.high quality materials, and it seems to have great durability. Designed for those just starting their fitness journey and those who are looking for an exciting new tool for their existing regimen, this Battle Rope from Centr is versatile, unique, and fun. Highly recommended!

Outstanding fitness product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This battle rope from Centr brand fitness products is a fun addition to our home gym. I've enjoyed the challenge and fun that including a rope in my routine has brought. The instructions and support that come with the equipment is helpful for getting started and you'll notice how muscles are being used in a new/different way by using the ropes. This is a must-have for any home gym application.

Great Fitness Tool

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am so happy I picked this up. This is a great addition to my at home gym items. I love putting it around the wooden posts in my backyard and trying with it. My husband was also excited to use this. He said the first time he used the rope…said it felt like the one front the big gyms. I am excited to have this rope to help me get better shaped arms.

Love this rope

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have enjoyed these ropes so much. I only used to get a rope workout in at Bootcamp and now I have a little Bootcamp at home. The ropes are durable and it just makes for a good workout. I definitely don't have an excuse to not workout.

Great product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am really loving this rope. It has really helped me in my workouts and I feel like its improving my upper body strength. The rope is the perfect length. It is not too heavy but it give a good workout. It is well made so I feel like it will last awhile
