Bought this for my husband who does delivery for work. This, along with a few other transport tools makes his job much easier, especially with his injury. I'd definitely recommend this to delivery/gig workers who would need to provide their own tools and are maybe working with limited space in a traditional care vs a van or box truck.

Great for delivery drivers and other gig workers!

Very sturdy and solid, ergonomic and space saving. It's first mission was loading a dryer from one car to another and it did it easily. I also used to to haul out some old furniture. I only wish it had the big wheels to get over ledges a little easier but it's never been a big issue with ledges either. It takes up little space in the house in the folded mode. Really isn't that hard to switch between them

Great tool

This has definately come in handy and made my job easier. Easy to go from dolly to cart in no time. Has definitely made moving multiple decent sized packages a breeze. I would highly recommend if you have a job where you move some heavy or multiple packages at once.

Made work easier

My husband loves this! Very useful when we go to hotels cuz we carry a lot of bags and a large cooler. Now, he doesn’t have to make 3-4 trips going up and downs elevators to haul our bags. We used to have similar one like this but this one is better and upgraded. Smoother and lightweight. Price is very affordable. I will buy another one when they have it again. Thank you Sams club! 5 stars!!!

Life saver!

I might need a dolly or a hand truck to move something. Why not have something that does both? The dolly I have didn't always work when the heavy items that I needed to carry or move were wider. They would fall off of the dolly trying to carry them. Yet what mainly got me to get this was because of the ability to fold it up and put away when not in use. A useful space saver.

Sometimes, without notice...

Heavy duty, well made, easy to use, and easy to store. Plus at Sam’s Club you are getting a great price.  This hand truck is perfect. I actually bought a second one for a family never that sells at different craft fairs. I use this at home and work. 
Just like any hand truck you need to be careful when closing it as the wheels fold in quickly and with some force. I push the button and let go. I’ve never had an issue but the first time you close it you might want to be careful.

Great multi-use hand truck

Like others say be careful of your fingers.  I opened and shut it several times and then it snapped closed as it is surprise to.  I wasn’t pinched but I saw how quickly it can happen.  Sort of like getting onto a bucking horse.  Horse just stands there calm and then… When folding it become easy and then in the final second it finishes folding on it’s own.  Seemed like it became more easy to collapse after a few times.😂🤣🤫

Watch fingers

This is a nice little cart for moving things like boxes, bags of potting soil, 40 lb. cat litter, etc. I mostly use it as a flatbed cart, but it’s nice that it converts to a dolly. If using flatbed style, there’s an option to flip up the end so stuff can’t fall off if you need to go over a curb or small step. It folds up nice and flat, so you can store it vertically in a small space. 4 stars because it’s not obvious how to convert it from a cart to a dolly. There were limited instructions, just a diagram with pictures that are difficult to interpret. There are plastic levers with arrows on them, but no real indication of how to deploy them or in what order. On sheer luck, I opened it into a cart where the wheels automatically unfolded, but then after I closed it and tried to reopen it into a cart, I couldn’t get the wheels to unfold. Then I tried again and the wheels pooped into position. It seems hit or miss whether you can get it to unfold correctly. Maybe with a little practice it will get easier to unfold.

Good product once you figure out how to open it

The hand truck seems to be of adequate quality.  The three star rating is in regards to the difficulty of unfolding and the poor institutions.

Difficult to fold and ungold.

Cart works nice. Make sure you watch a video on how to open/convert/close, this cart is a full on finger pincher/remover if you are are Willy nilly with the operation. My biggest complaint, and reason for only 3 stars, is when in dolly mode, the bottom and the back are not perpendicular to each other. The bottom sits at about 105°, instead of 90°. So every time you will a package you have to wait for it to slam into the back of the cart. Real heavy items just seem to rock back and fourth from back to bottom and never find a happy place.
