Not so full of seeds as some bread.  Nice for most and sandwiches.

Love this bread

A great all around option for feeding a family with different likes.  A whole grain bread with 0 cholesterol and 4gm protein per slice! For your kids who like a 'white' bread, this bread visually apprears close offering a better option.  I consider it a middle of the road compromise ranging between a white bread and a wheat bread.

My 'Go To' bread choice at Sam's Club

We do vacillate between sandwich breads, just because we like variety, but we come back to this one most frequently.  Great nutritional profile for a mass market bread, nice texture,  especially when toasted, generous shelf life, and reasonably priced.

Healthier that the others.
Has more seeds than I was expecting. 
I will get it again until they get a Healthier option. 
It tasted good,  and lasted longer than i expected on the counter. 
So, it has quite a few more preservatives than I  thought 🤔. 
It holds up strong but still soft for sandwiches.  
It toasted up nicely too.

Review

This bread is very good but it was put out on the shelf to defrost.  It appears to be fresh but it isn't.   Defrosted bread has a much shorter shelf life than fresh.   If Sam's is going to freeze bread, it should be sold as frozen bread.
