Ordering was great! Pick up day off the staff seemed confused but luckily it was there. And it was terrific. Looked just like the photo and taste amazing!!

item was boxed great, needed to place little banner and bluey figures after setting. Perfect size and we cut into one inch slabs for easy serving.  Bottom layer was chocolate and top was white.  Tasty  frosting

Exceptional cake .. looks just as pictured, it was super cute and fit the Bluey theme for my daughter’s birthday. Tasted moist and delicious, definitely recommend.. Thank you

Good

Sam’s Club location where we bought this cake had zero of the decorations advertised in the photo on their website. Luckily we had purchased our own cake toppers. Had we not, our daughter’s Bluey themed cake would have been a white cake with (3) Bluey ring toppers. Very disappointed.

Not get a Bluey cake

Unfortunately, the plaque pictured was not there. Neither was the happy birthday text with my daughters name that I had specified when I purchase and when I picked it up, they said the person that does the writing was already gone for the day and they would not do it. So I had to buy the stuff to do it myself elsewhere. Very disappointed.

Did not write on the cake as specified

Was not as pictured. Was put together by people who hate their job, I would assume with how crappy it looked and missing half o what is pictured. If I'm paying that much for cake, you better make it like the picture. Thanks for the terrible, ugly expensive cake. Never will I spend money like that here again.

Not worth the money

The cake was very dry. Tastes like it was made 3 or 4 days in advance. I ordered cakes all the time from Sam’s this one was by far was the worst cake.
