Worth Every Dollar

We absolutely LOVED that we were able to get cupcakes at Sam’s that matched the party theme for our 2-year old’s birthday! The cupcakes were a hit, and were easy to order and pick up! Sam’s will for sure be our ‘go to’ spot for things like this going forward!

This was desert after a hot dinner for our parent advisory team training. Trainees and the kids loved it! Delicious!!!

Family engagement needs childcare and sweets.

When I called about ordering these, I was told to use the app. The app wouldn't let me until Monday afternoon, after the cutoff for Tuesday afternoon pickup. Fortunately, I had someone available to pick them up Wednesday morning, so I put them and their email as the pickup person. He shows at 8, and no notifications. I had to call, and the bakery verified they were ready. I got the pickup notification at 1pm, after my event was over! I also didn't receive my receipt for another 4 days. When I called to complain, I was put on hold to the point that I had to hang up before my phone died

Cupcakes looked as if they were rushed. Sprinkles were everywhere and I had to wait an extra 30-45 minutes inside the store even though it was for pick up. Very inconvenient.
