[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased the Revolution HydroSteam Pet machine to replace my 12 year old Bissell that had seen better days. I received it within 48 hours, (standard free shipping). Can't say enough good things about their customer service. It is second to none. I needed to get out some troublesome traffic area spots as well as an old coffee spill on my carpet. The machine worked as advertised. I did go over some areas twice, but the results were better than I thought possible. This machine is lighter, easier to use, and easier to clean than my old Machine. I recommend this product.

A great carpet shampooer for the money.

The steam helps break down the extra dirt and grime as well as eases our minds in the cleanliness of the carpets. I know kids get dirty and get germs from all over the place, but I still find comfort in knowing that our home is a clean space for him.

Worth the Extra few bucks

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This machine has amazing cleaning ability. I have owned carpet cleaners from a few manufacturers for over 30 years and this one does the job! I just cleaned my 10 year old bedroom carpet after a major renovation and am very pleased with the result. Even black toilet wax seal that was tracked on by a contractor came out with a little work. It cleaned it much better than the previous generation BISSELL pet machine that I thought did a good job. I did have some difficulties after I originally assembled the machine. I did not fully lock in the top water bracket before inserting and locking in the handle, so I had to find a YouTube on how to get the handle off and reassemble. It also makes a sometimes loud "squeaky squealing wheel" sound, that is not from the wheels, but while the motor is running. I am short, and I noticed if I hold the handle in a higher position, the sound is lessened. I will try to get through to customer service to figure this out at some point, because is becomes annoying after a while... BISSELL made several improvements from the my previous model. The water fill tank is more square and sits firmly in the sink or on the countertop. It is easier to fill, doesn't topple over, and less messy when adding the solution. The dirty water tank is much easier to reinsert, the older model was very tricky, and this one is very easy to empty and clean. This machine goes through twice as much water and solution than my last one, but it also does a far superior job. My thick carpet stayed damp for 24 hours after cleaning. (I will see if this improves when I am doing routine cleaning). I have not tried the attachments yet, hoping for the same results on my stairs! My only other issue is not complete assembly instructions, I had to figure my problem out on my own, and the website was not very helpful. #sweepstakes

Not without a couple issues, but still 5 stars for cleaning!

Finally l tried the revolution hydro steam pet from Bissell and hey presto I can clean up efficiently anytime with great results.

Cleaning at its best yet

Have used several name brand carpet cleaners over the years and this one cleans as well, if not better, than any of them. Steam just seems to clean better than just water and cleaning solution whether it's heated or not.

Steam, the Way To Go

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our carpets came out brighter and softer. The cleaned carpet also dried quickly. My husband liked that the Bissell was easier to fill with the cleaning solution, easier to maneuver and easier to clean the machine. We also own another very high priced carpet cleaner. We dreaded carrying our Rug D***** upstairs. No problem with the Bissell. Next up is cleaning the stairs.

Just buy it. It's worth every penny.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My previous Bissell was starting to have the shampoo jet clog, so I got this one and love the new design which no longer has the potential for the separate shampoo tank to clog. Got this from Bissell.com with the extra attachments that weren't included buying elsewhere, and already made good use of the upholstery attachment, which completely removed any evidence of dog puke on the bedspread. The carpet cleaner seems even more effective than my old one, which did a pretty good job for the past 8 years or so. Wrote this review now to be on time for a #sweepstakes, and that's my true opinion at this point testing on urine and vomit stains. If it weren't for the deadline I would've waited to add extra details on how it handles an extra messy accident, but based on the other stains I expect it to be just as good.

Nice upgrade on my old Bissell pet!

Best cleaner I have used!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far its great. Cleans better than my pet pro that finally died. This is the second time i used since delivery and it is making a squealing noise when I used it today and had a slight burnt rubber smell. I hope I don't have a problem.

Got this as a Christmas gift. We used it two total times. Both times it leaked the entire clean water tank out in minutes. It leaks even when it isn't on. Water just pours out of the bottom. Bissell support keeps telling me to check the tanks, both clean and dirty. It's not the tanks. It's not the caps, it's deeper into the machine and it makes this expensive unit so bad it actually causes more damage from water than stains it cleans.
