Worked very well. I am going to purchase an extra water container to mark as rinse. So then, if I don't use all of the soap and water mixture, I can keep that aside. But I do like to rinse the carpet after I'm done. It did need it. Machine does pull up a lot of the water out and the carpet dried fairly quickly.  Definitely glad I got the wheels to help move around. It sounds very loud on the ceramic tile. But not as loud when on the carpet. I also purchased the top clear device to clean the tube and that worked really well.  I had to remember to put fresh water in container, not the soap water mixture.

Easy to use, cleans stains well

Works great for cleaning up puppy messes.  We purchased this specifically for this reason and it's getting the job done!  We have used every option it gives for cleaning, water, water and steam, steam only.  Portable and very easy to empty and clean the machine.

Great little steam carpet cleaner

This worked wonderful on the chair my husband uses.. i was ready to replace it and git this machine as a last effort and it cleaned it wonderfully!  The steam and heat made all the difference!  Thank you for such a nice product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This fantastic machine was recommended to me and I am most happy it was. We have three big dogs, one is 14+ yrs, and two are three year olds. The dogs are well mannered but even so, mistakes happen and with larger animals, there are never little mistakes. We also have three grandchildren who love to paint and do crafts, and same as with the pups, they are pretty well mannered but mistakes happen and ... again never small mistakes with them-ever! This Little Green Cleaner, is not too heavy, or cumbersome- easy to use! It works well for small areas and eliminating tough stains! Especially when there is no need to clean the entire carpet or room, but essential to take care of specific spots. Great addition to our cleaning needs!

Very hap, hap, happy we made this purchase!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this after I returned home after wintering elsewhere and found that mice had relieved themselves all over my new white sofa. This appliance was a breeze to set up and within 5 minutes I was cleaning the sofa. At first I used the standard wet clean function, which removed at least 80% of the urine and feces. Then I switched to the steam mode, and the remainder of the stains were gone within a couple of minutes. I was so pleased with the results i then turned my attention to an adjacent upholstered chair, dark navy blue fabric. It was apparent looking at the waste catchment on the cleaner just how much dust and dirt was coming out of the furniture! There was no damage to the furniture and it looked brand new when I was done. I had construction going on in the home last year, so there was an exceptional amount of dust and dirt collecting on all furniture surfaces. I can't wait to attack my 7 year old king size upholstered bed frame next!!! #sweepstakes

Definitely worth having in your home - even without pets!

Stain cleaning is not for the weak, but it works! I had a Gatorade stain in a medium to light color rug that is a medium semi plush height. There are high gloss hard wood floors underneath. The stain was about the size of an 8 1/4” round plate and used the entire sample bottle of product that was sent. The longer you can let the product soak into the stain the better but I was worried because of the hardwood floors, so that made it a little difficult. I had to scrub a bit with the scrubber brush disconnected from the device so as not to suction the product too fast. The machine does the job, but I had to figure it out and problem solve. I wish the library of sample videos was a bit more expansive to show various types of materials being cleaned realistically. I want to know how much labor and time is expected for the job based on the machine I have.

Good machine but have patience for the task

I've only used it once and it did a fine job. I bought it as a replacement for a Spot Bot, since they don't make the Spot Bot anymore, sadly. I would've rather had a Spot Bot since you could just place it over the stain and it did the work. With this product I have to get down on my knees and lean over the mess and use elbow grease to rub the stain. And there's a hose, unlike with the Spot Bot, that the mess has to travel through, so you wonder about how disgusting that is getting inside. Please, please, bring back the Spot Bot.

I bought the Little Green HydroSteam Pet Portable Carpet Cleaner during the holidays and there were a ton of combo deals if you buy the cleaner you would also get a regular steamer.  That did not come with the carpet cleaner for my purchase despite my clicking on that option.  

I have used the carpet cleaner already and it works as expected.  I am pleased with it just not with the the bundle purchase that did not include the bundled equipment

Buy a Bundle but don't get the Bundle

Item took a long time to arrive, shipped from California. Came in its original package, not even taped shut. Most importantly...no steam. Went to website and tried all the troubleshooting tips, bit still mo steam. Vert disappointing. Also, no moving brushes. Seemingly completely useless for cleaning  without the steam function. Just spits water down and sucks it back up.
