My headsets usb part was broken accidently by my cat.  I placed a claim, within a weeks time after shipping it, they deemed it un-repairable and refunded my purchase. Very happy!

Electronic Headset not fixed but refunded

I used it when I had issues with my blender,was refunded the full amount of the blender .would definitely buy the protection plan again if I have to buy once more

I bought the Altec Lansing Comfort Q+ headphones and 10 months into my ownership, the arm holding the right-side earpiece broke. It normally swivels in and out as the headphones come on an off your head. I sent an email to the Altec warranty support and received a reply that the email address doesn't exist. I called Allstate and they said they would only provide me the email address of the Altec Lansing warranty support because it was still under the manufacturer's warranty. I explained that I had already tried that method. I was told that if the manufacturer didn't cover it, then Allstate didn't either. That was the end. I have no protection on my product and cannot get it replaced or repaired. After some discussion, they are refunding me the protection plan fee.
