Nice outdoor addition to an existing ASUS ZenWiFi AiMesh system using a combination of ASUS GT-BE98 Pro router with ZenWifi BT6 and BT8 AiMesh nodes. Now my backyard has good WiFi coverage.

After the firmware update yesterday, the two 2.5 G ports can't be use as LAN ports anymore. Sent to repair today.

Fair signal and speed Outdoor is the selling point

I tried to by the most up to date outdoor ZenWifi and when I install it I'm instantly told it is out of date and may degrade my overall service.  Not the best experience.  I bought it from my account, wouldn't you think there could be some guidance???

Doesn't connect wireless, even in the same room,  5ft apart from main router.

Doesn't work wirelessly

Three BD5 outdoor router worked fine for one month. Then, it's signal weakened to the point that items more than a few feet away would not stay connected. After hours troubleshooting and two lengthy calls with support, nothing has changed. A third call was supposed to happen days ago. Nothing. I'm disappointed in the product at this point and even more disappointed in ASUS support.
