Ease Of Setup

Screen

Nice laptop so far. Started right up with absolutely zero issues or difficulty. The screen has a nice clean and crisp picture, and the operating system seems to have more than adequate speed.

Vivobook Go 15 OLED (E1504F)

https://www.asus.com

It has exceeded my expectations. Very good product.

A good book

It was a tad buggy with the Windows 11 update, it took serval attempts to just to install Windows, I almost was ready to return the computer. After I finally got the update installed and got into the process of downloading the updated apps I use I more than satisfied with my choice.

Windows 11 buggy update but great computer other

I purchased this Asus laptop the 1st of the year (2024) and so far I am very happy with it. It was super easy to set up & it's very fast for my needs. Windows did have a little bit of trouble providing the drivers for my HP printer, but I did eventually get them from a Windows update. This didn't have anything to do with the laptop itself though. So far I am one happy camper. I hope this laptop proves to be a winner in the long run.

Asus Vivobook Go OLED (E1504F) Laptop

I've had my Vivobook Go for a week now and have been able to find my way around in Win 11. Did some muttering when Microsoft 'helped' me by uploading all my old files into their OneDrive cloud instead of onto the computer. Other than that, I'm enjoying the speed and responsiveness.

So far, so good

Wow! I love my new ASUS Vivobook Laptop. It had been a while since I had bought a new one. The old laptop was 8 years old. It kept crashing, and nope, it was not an ASUS. All of my programs were easy to install, registration was quick and easy. Love the big, big letters and numbers. These old eyes can see them clearly.

Easy, easy laptop!

I have been very pleased with ASUS products. I just changed out a 15 year old ASUS Laptop for this new one. This one is a major improvement in every area. Love the size and HDMI display. Boots up quickly. Looking forward to getting many years and much usage out of it.

Very Pleased with the new ASUS!

It Won't Start after charging! Plugged or unplugged!

I don't know if my screen is bad or not, but mine has an exremely small "sweet spot" vertically. Tilted up just too much and the screen is almost completely washed out - what is supposed to be black is gray. But tilted just a bit too far down and almost all of the screen is too dark to see. This has been particularly noticeable when watching dark TV shows and movies, full screen on Netflix.com. I have tried adjusting the brightness, but that doesn't help.

Not Satisfied with Monitor Screen

I purchased this ASUS VivoBook Go 15 and first powered it on August 28, 2026. When I registered it on the ASUS website, I was surprised to see the warranty listed as expiring on **October 8, 2026** — barely over a month away. A *new* ASUS laptop should come with a **full one‑year warranty**, so this strongly suggests the unit was **refurbished or previously sold**, even though it was advertised as new.

The packaging tape looked official and untouched, so I initially trusted that everything was brand‑new. Unfortunately, the warranty information told a different story.

I contacted Sam’s Club to return and reorder the laptop. The AI system initially handled the process smoothly, but when I checked online afterward, it showed that a **different item** from the same order was being returned instead of the laptop. I called back and spoke with a representative, who told me the only option was to return the laptop to the store — but by that time, the laptop was **sold out**, so I couldn’t exchange it.

This was disappointing because I bought this laptop specifically to set up for my wife, and I was hoping for a simple, straightforward experience. I believe the issue ultimately lies with **ASUS**, since the warranty date clearly indicates prior registration or refurbishment.

Overall, the laptop itself may be fine, but the warranty problem and the return confusion made this a frustrating purchase.

Warranty Shows Only 1 Month — Appears Refurbished
